Joe Warrior Walker is a St Ives artist based in London. His artist website needed to be clean, modern and could be viewed on tablets and phones.
The design process was very 2 way with his artistic input being involved at all stages. We chose a very clean design that didn’t have any unnecessary text of pictures that would distract the user from the art.
The homepage has a slider showing some of his work that takes up most of the page so that each piece can be viewed in detail. The category pages show each medium of his art in the form of smaller photos that when click on go to full screen. A Biography page, Contact page and several other pages were added including one which shows Joe’s Film works.
